Tough Times Ahead For Raila After Today's Development In Kitui Involving Wanjigi and Kalonzo Musyoka

The 2022 presidential elections are just around the corner with the likes of Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto and Odm leader Raila Odinga identified as the leading candidates in the two-horse race.

The likes of Jimmy Wanjigi, Kalonzo Musyoka, and Gideon Moi are expected to play second fiddle to the proceedings with Mudavadi already indicating his willingness to shift side.

The recent move by Mudavadi to join hands with Ruto has left Kalonzo and Moi in limbo with both leaders reportedly undecided. There were reports that the two were going to denounce the One Kenya Alliance today and declare their newfound support to Raila's Azimio la Umoja.

In what many have termed as a surprise move, Kalonzo accompanied Wanjigi during today's rally where he stood alongside Jimmy Wanjigi as he hit out at the Former PM Raila Odinga. Wanjigi blamed Raila for the current political confusion being witnessed in the country. On his part, Kalonzo quashed the reports that OKA was dead. According to Kalonzo  'OKA is stronger than ever.' could this mean the Alliance is planning to go all the way to the ballot and avoid joining hands with Raila? Only time will tell.

Meanwhile, share with us your thoughts on the matter kindly.
