According to news making headlines After Mahujaa day celebrations, Commander in chief of the armed forces, president William Ruto has been advised on where to start after ordering prompt investigations for Kenyans who have for long disappeared and their whereabouts remains a mystery to many.
Taking to his social media account via a tweet, Former National Assembly deputy speaker and Lagder member of parliament (MP), Farah Maaaliam has applauded president Ruto for consideration on tracking missing Kenyans. Apparently, he has advised him on where to start.
According to him, it would be best if he starts by relieving top government dignitaries who were attached to various legal fraternities like National Intellegence Service (NIS) and Kenya Defence Forces.
He has therefore named former Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) general Julius Karangi and NIS Director Genral of Philip Waweru who resigned 2 years before the end of his term as the leaders who needs a relief from him in order to be help him achieve his motives
"Kudos to President Ruto for ordering prompt investigations into the enforced disappearances of hundreds of Kenyans. Begin the process by relieving DG NIS, Gen. Karangi & Maj. General commanding Military Intelligence from their current offices & investigating the three plus DCI," he penned down.
