Gachagua said the Tangatanga brigade was informed about the event last night and they were supposed to be ready by 5am, on Saturday morning to attend the event which DP Ruto was invited.
The lawmaker revealed he called Wahome and quarreled with her for not informing them earlier instead of waking them up at night.
Gachagua however said he was happy for attending the event following the Apostle’s message on what God has planned to do for his people.
“Your excellency I had a big quarrel with Alice Wahome last night. I called her and asked her how dare you wake us up at 5am and you had not told us before. I was complaining because I thought that was too early. But I think I was wrong, the message today is very blessing to us and am happy we are here,” said Gachagua.
Speaking at the event which was also a prayer breakfast, MP Gachagua asked the church leaders to pray for DP Ruto and his team so they can fulfill their promise and plans for this country.
“The deputy president and his team have been under siege for the last four years but God has seen us through. There are those who think they are very powerful to an extent they have forgotten there is existence of God. Kindly continue praying for the deputy president and his team. We are depending on God and the people of Kenya in order to achieve what we want for the people of this country,” said Gachagua.
