The cited counties like Kitui and West Pokot where the the former councillors were given their retirement finances and asked the Kisii county to borrow a leave from them. They asked the Dagorretti North MP.Simba Arati to join hands with Matiang'i to follow up the matter because Arati, they argued, is more considerate than Maangi. The councillors vowed to support Arati for his quest for gubernatorial seat in Kisii county during the forth coming National elections.photo:Simba Arati.
