I was Frustrated from Travelling to Zambia for Swearing-in Ceremony- Bobi Wine

National Unity System (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Red wine has divulged that his initiatives to attend the new Zambia's president commencement ceremony were disappointed despite obtaining an invite.

Zambia's new president, Hakainde Hichilema on Tuesday mid-day formally assumed the office of Presidency from outgoing president, Edgar Chagwa Lungu in a colourful occasion in Lusaka

The Singer turned politician, who has always claimed Hichilema to be his close ally, was not present at the ceremony against his earlier assertions that he would certainly go to the swearing in.

The NUP leader took to Facebook post, where he disclosed that his initiatives to participate in the event were frustrated but did not reveal who could have been behind the same but promised to reveal more information to the same regard in the coming days.

" Yesterday evening. I communicated to Head of state Hakainde's inauguration board and also shared deep remorses for not attending this meaningful occasion, after all my initiatives to travel to Zambia were frustrated," The Ghetto president claimed in an article.

Kyagulanyi in a recent meeting claimed that the new Zambia head of state is a friend with whom they even tape-recorded a song together.

The song titled "Alone Together" was "Scientifically" recorded with each of the participating Artists being in independent locations.

Kyagulanyi congratulated the people of Zambia for "leading" and said it is currently a responsibility of this generation to ensure the peaceful changes become normal in Africa.

The NUP leader additionally praised the now former president Lungu, for the character he expressed to graciously approve loss.
