The deputy president William Samoei Ruto's economic bloc forum was forced to be temporarily stopped after an old man moved to the podium to ask for help from the Kenya Kwanza Alliance team saying that he has been longing to meet Ruto all his entire life.
The deputy president William Samoei Ruto was forced to silence the security officers who were trying to block him from talking as he said that he will give him an ear.
The man said that he has been struggling to run his small scale business and he is in need of any cash so that he can make his ends meet and improve his business. The deputy president William Samoei Ruto quickly replied to him as he called him to where he was seated to give him some cash.
The deputy president William Samoei Ruto affirmed that his government will fight for small business people and the small scale farmers through provision of flexible loans.
