Junet Mohammed Reveals Why Tangatanga Are Attacking Him, Informs DP Ruto's Plan Against Raila

Suna East Member of Parliament Hon Junet Mohammed has finally revealed why Tangatanga a group of legislators allied to Deputy President William Ruto is attacking him, disclosing their plans against former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

MP Junet Mohammed while speaking in a live interview with Inooro TV, he has rubbished claims of what he said recently while at Nyamira, explaining that his statements were only meant as a joke.

The Suna East MP ha also stated that he had to use the remarks that the Government will be for the Nyanza people because he was addressing residents of Nyanza and that he did not intend to mean another way round as DP Ruto allies are interpreting it.

"I was saying so because I was in Nyanza. I was trying to tell the people of Nyanza on the need to come together because in 2017 some voted for President Uhuru Kenyatta while others voted for Raila Odinga. I was making it clear to my people that this time we have the opportunity to cling to the Presidency," Suna East MP Hon Junet Mohammed has said.

Hon Junet has continued to allege that the reason why DP Ruto and allies are attacking him is that they have a plan targetting the downfall of the ODM party and its party leader Raila Odinga now that they have started seeing the former Prime Minister receive a warm reception in the vote-rich bloc.

The Suna East MP has said that nothing is going to derail them and that they are far much focused to ensure they deliver a win in the year 2022.

"But I have seen that those in Tangatanga are not happy not only with my statement but because [Baba] Raila Odinga has been received my majority in Mt Kenya region. So they are looking for a way to revive their support in Mt Kenya now it is dead" Junet Mohammed has added.
