United Democratic Alliance Party through its Chairman Johnstone Nduya Muthama has responded to the claims by media sources that Ruto (pictured) had to wait for 30 minutes after they found empty seats at a church service in Makueni where they were to Also address residents.
Responding to the reportd through a tweet, Muthama has revealed that contrary to this reporting, their meetings had attracted large number of people from different churches during rallies in Syumile, Kathomzweni, Nzeveni and Kyambeke
"Mainstream media should uphold its ethical duty and report factual news .I was surprised to see a report indicating we had no people in our meetings and that the same was cancelled. Contrary to their negative reporting we had huge crowds in all our meetings today where were invited to worship with members of different churches in Kathomzweni, Nzeveni and Kyambeke",Muthama stated
Muthama has asked the mainstream media to come out and explain where the empty seats were and where the alledged cancelled meeting took place.
