An Azimio affiliated gubernatorial aspirant on Monday, 27th June, shocked many as he opted to campaign for Kenya Kwanza Alliance Presidential candidate, Deputy President William Ruto, while on hos campaign trail instead of Azimio Presidential Candidate Raila Odinga.
Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party's Narok County gubernatorial aspirant, Hon Ole Kenta, while on his campaign trail on Monday asked residents to vote for DP Ruto but vote for him as Governor.
Ole Kenta told those who attended the roadside rally to back his bid for Governorship but vote for DP Ruto as their presidential candidate.
"Nikija mambo ya President mimi ni mtu wa ODM, lakini sitawaambia mpee mtu wa ODM. Nyinyi ni watu wa UDA, sivyo. Peeni mtu wenu Rais. Pigieni Kenta na Ruto. Mimi sitafuti kiti ya Rais," Hon Ole Kenta said.
