The Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga's recent tour was put into question the loyalty of his key associates in the county. Last weekend the part leader has attended a funeral in sirisia and he also held a rally in Bungoma, but the worst happened when some elected leaders who were associated to have an affair with Raila were conspicuously absent.
Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati, Kanduyi MP Wafula Wamunyinyi, Tongeren MP Eseli Simiyu are seen as his point men in the county. It. Was only Whangamata who attended the funeral the last weekend. The other two were not present in either of the rally and they have missed both events. Some other political leaders who belong to the party of Raila were also absent from the events.
MP Wafula has communicated to the star through phone and he defended himself for missing the important event saying that he was attending his niece's funeral in Busia county. Some of these leaders have communicated with Raila and they told him that they will be away for family issues. From the absence of these leaders, it is obvious that most of the leaders in Bungoma county have not yet decided whether they will support Raila or William Ruto. He added that the politicians have opted to wait and see approach.
