As 2022 general elections approach politicians continue to explore various counties and express their political motives to the citizens.Politicians have also been expressing their desires for leadership through social media platforms and broadcasting stations.Indeed several leaders have already disclosed their interests to vie for various seats in both county and national levels.The deputy president William Ruto is among those aiming to vie for presidential seat in 2022 elections.Ruto has been visiting different regions country wide to explore his plans and motives he wishes to accomplish.However today the UDA party leader visited the western region(Kakamega County) where he was accompanied by several leaders.However many people warmly welcomed Ruto into the county as they express their gratitude for his visit.In addition due to high population of people who converged to welcome Ruto, the covid-19 protocols were not followed. Social distancing was impossible in that social gathering because of the insufficient space.However the deputy president thanked the public for their invitation into that county.
