For years now, Mombasa county governor Hassan Joho has billed himself as Raila Odinga's loyal lieutenant and for this, whoever throws stones to Agwambo is assured of receiving a dose from the flamboyant leader.
Joho was among the presidential hopefuls who wanted to unseat Jomo's son but when Agwambo declared his candidacy, he toned down his surge. He is currently pulling bootstraps to make his boss Kenya's next commander in-chief.
As pro-Raila stalwarts leverage the ground for the doyen, Joho has disclosed a group of political operatives who are courting Raila's biggest enemy behind the curtains. Ruto is perceived to be Agwambo's stumbling block and for this, his enemies are doing all they can to dispirit him.
In unusual revelation, Governor 001 divulged that they (ODM) know a clique of leaders who are warming up to support William. Despite of Uhuru Kenyatta's clarion call for NASA principals to reunite, Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula have blatantly refused to board.
Kalonzo has singularly vowed to quit politics instead of supporting Jakom for the third time in a row. Truth be told, as long Ruto and Raila are in the race, other hopefuls will be overshadowed and its either you join either camp for relevance and survival.
Ruto has in record of times urged MaDvd, Kalonzo and Wetangula to work with him but hitherto, they haven't yet responded positively. By turning UhuRaila's call down, the trio are verily open for talks with the man from Sugoi. As Joho said; Palipo na moshi hapakosi moto.
