Moses Wetangula has been given a go ahead by the IEBC in a bid to retain his Senatorial Seat.It seems Wetangula is a leader who does not put all his eggs in one basket since if anything happens and Kenya Kwanza gets defeated by Azimio,he will remain with the option to be in the Government as a Senator.
Moses has said,"Many people especially the Azimio team, have been asking why I want to defend my seat yet we have shared the Government nationally with the Kenya Kwanza.I want to say and repeat here again that am not looking for personal gain nor personal aggrandizement."
In this sentiments he indicates clearly what they have been given by William Ruto as part of the deal when he wins, will not benefit him and instead he is doing it for the Luhya's to be part of the Government. He has said his move to retain his seat is an added advantage to William Ruto since he will now focus on the national campaigns for the Kenya Kwanza Presidential candidate and leave Kenneth Lusaka and other Ford Kenya leaders to take charge for the Kenya Kwanza campaigns in Bungoma.Share and comment thank you.
