Japhet Ruto Swarup Mishra is seeking a second term as a member of Parliament of Kesse and he will be using an Independent ticket after the fallout in UDA.
Mishra will be facing Julius Ruto UDA party to decide who will be the member of Parliament of Kesse. Julius Ruto was endorsed by Deputy President Ruto after Mishra Kiprop started attacking him and also leaning to Raila's side. He as residents to reject Mishra Kiprop ahead of 2022 polls and elect all leaders who will be using the UDA party.
