Charity Kaluki Ngilu alias Mama Ngilu, a Ukambani political heavyweight, has recently broken her silence while in the United Kingdom UK, referring to Kenyan Deputy President (Dp) Dr. William Samoei Ruto as (ROTTEN RUTO), which has caught many Kenyans off guard.
Madam Ngilu, the Kitui County head, has resorted to Twitter to say that if Kenyans don't call William Ruto by his "name" and instead refer to him as "huyu jamaa," they (Kenyans) and the rest of the world won't know who he is or how bad he is for our beloved country (Kenya).
"If you don't call him by his name and refer to him as 'huyu jamaa,' people would have no idea who this man is or how bad he is for our beloved Kenya. As a result, I'm addressing you as ROTTEN RUTO, @ William Ruto." According to Mama Ngilu's statement.
