According to the video that he has posted, the DP Ruto-led team has established a parallel tallying Center at an unknown location where they have personnel who are able to track results from every corner of the country.
The personnel which consists of young people can also track results in every elective post and compare them with that of the IEBC. They also include the likes of Hussein Mohammed and other UDA-affiliated leaders.
During the campaigns, DP Ruto insisted that he is prepared for this election and not even the deep state can manage to manipulate his results.
