Most Kenyans observed the mood in which President Uhuru Kenyatta was reading his speech over plans of smooth transition of power to President elect William Ruto, and noticed his body language, and facial expression weren’t agreeing with the fact that Ruto’s win was upheld.
As a consequence, several Kenyans, including those affiliated to Raila have requested the President to accept and move on.
Kabando wa Kabando reminded Uhuru that in 2013, Raila congratulated Uhuru and in 2018 he worked together with Raila, and despite many advises from his people that he should keep off the 2022 elections and never listened, and hence common decency, gratitude, courtesy, and statesmanship demand him to congratulate President William Samoei Ruto.
He further told the incumbent that he should try not to rub it because that will give his haters a latitude to humiliate him, and thus they as his supporters have accepted that he did his part and as a result deserves a quiet and respectful retirement.
