The National Prayer Breakfast is an annual interfaith event sponsored by the Co-Patrons, the Speaker of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and coordinated by a group of devoted volunteers comprising the National Prayer Breakfast Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee is co-chaired by the Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Samuel Poghisio, MP, and Makueni MP Hon. Daniel Maanzo, MP.
The objective of the National Prayer Breakfast is for leaders from all sectors of society to connect, engage, interact, and pray together for the nation.
This comes amid verbal exchanges between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto,over the August general elections.
