Hon Ngunjiri Wambugu, who is the current Member of Parliament for Nyeri town, and also a close ally to President Uhuru Kenyatta ignited a hot debate online when he posted this about the last Inooro TV Interview with Gatundu South Member of Parliament, Hon Moses Kuria. (Courtesy photo)
According to his latest post, he said on Sunday he was invited to debate with Hon Moses Kuria on Severs issues, including his clam that Mt Kenya must get 40% positions in the next Government.
Perhaps, he said he is glad that Moses Kuria finally agreed that Politics is all about interests and votes must be negotiated for. He further said he had to remind him that he spent the last 3 years as proponent of 'we have a debt to Ruto and will elect him unconditionally', and therefore, he must appreciate some of them for standing with that first opinion from the beginning.
He claimed that his sudden change is so suspicious, However, he said they shall continue to watch him and see whether he can be trusted, and if he can, they are happy to have him join them in considering what is in it for them as a region before they vote for whichever candidate; which has been his consistent message about 2022.His post attracted several comments from Kenyans, majority of them told him that the region is largely Supporting Ruto's Presidency. These are some of their reactions:Kindly enjoy reading, comments and don't forget to share widely
