Details have emerged of the requests that the Laikipia young people requested the Right Honourable former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga.
According to Orange Democratic Movement ODM party Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, the young people listed items that they want Raila Odinga to do once he takes over from the his handshake partner president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Among the things they want is a establishment of factories in the area among them a meat processing company and also a leather tanning industry once he takes over.
They also would like the government to construct fir them a training centre in the area noting that the current Nanyuki stadium is not in its best condition to support sporting activities.
They also would like the government to look into the poor state of the roads in the area and they gave an example of Rumuruti road which goes all the way to Nanyuki town as well as the Doldol to Nanyuki road.
They have since noted that they will not be after handouts from the Right Honourable former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga.
