With a few days to election, presidential aspirants have been cleared to contest in bid to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta.
Among those popular candidates vying includes; Raila Odinga (Azimio la Umoja), William Ruto (UDA), Governor Mwangi Wa Iria ( Usawa Kwa Wote Party), George Wajackoya (Roots Party), Ekuru Aukot (Thirdway Alliance), Jimi Wanjigi (Safina Party) Njeru Kathangu (Ford Asili) and David Mwaura Wahiga (Agano Party).
Deputy president William Ruto alleges that there is a plan to rig his votes during the August election.
However, he has assured his supporters that his votes will not be messed up with. According to Ruto, those planning to manipulate votes should not dare informing that he would not allow such thing to happen.
This comes after DP Ruto declared during National prayer day that he will accept the results of presidential poll.
IEBC Wafula Chebukati earlier assured presidential candidates that the upcoming election will be free and fair and that will be no election rigging.
