Deputy President William Ruto this early morning raided Kalonzo Musyoka's bedrock. Ruto in his tour of the Eastern region visited Emali town in Kibwezi receiving a massive welcome. He preached his bottom up approach calling out rivals for ganging up against the common man.
"We are focusing on the common man, there are people ganging up to share positions, when I tell them to remember 'the mama mboga, MTU wa bodaboda," Ruto said.
Eastern is the home of Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka and largely voted for Raila Odinga during the 2017 general election.
William Ruto and his camp have been criticized for the early morning rally, many told him it's a clear indication of unemployment. He was reminded of the promises of 100,000 jobs per year he and President Uhuru Kenyataa promised the people before 2013.
"At this early time of the morning hawa watu wote wako na wewe and being that today is a week day 😭😭😭😭 Bottom Up Help our country," William Ayata.
He was accompanied by Kamba leaders some of whom were elected through the Wiper party. Ruto has been in the region for the last two days and has promised the community goodies if elected in 2022.
