Moses Kuria Breaks Silence After Junet Mohammed's Sentiments

Suna East MP, Junet Mohammed.

Suna East member of parliament, Junet Mohammed, has been trending in the social platforms following his sentiments in Nyamira county on October 22nd. Junet said that the next government will be for the people of Nyanza.

Jokingly, the lawmaker went ahead to tell Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe that he will be a visitor in the next regime if Raila Odinga takes over in 2022. Junet went ahead to tell Kagwe that Mt Kenya people have enjoyed power for the last 20 years.

Gatundu South member of parliament, Moses Kuria, has broken his silence after Junet's video went viral. Kuria has said that such statements are the reason behind why he has been demanding for the 40% share of the government come next year.

Kuria has gone ahead to say that anyone who is interested with Mt Kenya votes should promise the 40% share of all positions without reminding Central Kenya people the period they have been in government.

These sentiments have raised temperatures especially in the Mt Kenya region. Several leaders have demanded an apology from Junet failure to which they might chat a new political discourse away from Raila Odinga.
