The commitment of the IEBC to conduct free and fair general elections can now be felt by kenyans across different parts of the country. The main aim of the independent body is to ensure that those elected to office are the choice of people at all times inorder to avoid eruption of chaos.

The chairman of IEBC Wafula Chebukati has announced that she printed ballot papers have already arrived in the country in readiness of the elections. He was ken to note that they will be protected at all times by intelligence police officers who have already been deployed.

Chebukati was keen to note that no extra ballot papers are going to be delivered to a polling station apart from the number that has been indicated. This is a move they have declared credible since no extra ballot papers will be left for any activity that might kill credibility in the hotly contested general elections.
