Cheers In Parliament, As Senate Speaker Recognizes Raila Odinga

The country is keen to hear what the fourth president of the republic of Kenya, Uhuru Mwigai Kenyatta as he gives his 8th address of the nation since his election as the head of state in 2013. The colourful event is currently taking place at the parliament building where both the houses of senate and national assembly are assembled.

The event is being graced by the president of Kenya, deputy president William Ruto, Orange Democratic Movement leader Baba Raila Amollo Odinga, Chief justice Martha Koome, Nairobi governor Anne Kananu, senate speaker Kenneth Lusaka, national assembly speaker Justin Muturi among other several leaders.

In the proceedings, Justin Muturi has taken time to recognize the invited guests among them William Ruto and Raila Odinga. As Raila was being recognized the attendees went cheering loud forcing Justin Muturi to halt his speech for few minutes before he completely described the former prime minister.
