The internet would be made possible by connecting it to the electricity grid taking it every where the grid reaches. He said that Kenya Kwanza had done research and mapping out of its feasibility and cost and they found that it was possible to make internet free at a cost of around Ksh38 Billion.

He also promised to make the hustlers funds available up to the ward level making it readily available to small business. It will help to target mama mbogas and youth at the lowest level in their ward where they will be able to get business education easily. This hustlers funds would help protect small businesses from high interests charged by credit "predators" comapny that take advantage of small businesses by charging high interest rates.
