Kibwana Reacts To Plans By Kalonzo & Allies To Boycott Raila's Rally Sends Them A Special Request

Makueni governor professor Kivutha Kibwana has issued a statement on the plans by Kalonzo and his allies to boycott Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga's Azimio La Umoja Lower Eastern chapter.

Kibwana has informed that no leader has been barred from attending the unity forum contrary to Wiper's arguement that Raila did not invite Kalonzo as he held a meeting with Ukambani leaders in preparation for the rally.

Kibwana further urged the leaders to join the forum as it was open to everyone.

"I believe no leader(s) can be barred from attending Azimio La Umoja Forums. We all have the right to associate. Anybody who wants to do politics everywhere in Kenya, must accept everybody else has same right. Why boycott a Unity forum? Come, let us reason together." Kibwana posted on his Twitter handle.

This comes after Raila held a meeting with a section of Ukambani leaders including governor Ngilu and Kibwana, however, Kalonzo and allies were not present.
