As we near the August 9th police, the government through the ministry of security is on knuckle downs to fortify the country's security not just internally but also along the borders with the neighbouring state. This is to help reduce the past incidences of people smuggling in weapons across the border at such times, something that cost the country a great deal of loss particularly in the 2007- 2008 post election violence.
Yesterday the Kenya police in the enforcement of the stringent measures put in place to curb border crimes and immigration, arrested 14 illegal immigrants of Ethiopian Origin along the Maralal-Rumuruti highway. The 14 were travelling in a Toyota prado before their arrest. Viral Surfaced photos of the culprits however, stirred social media reactions from Kenyans. Many of them came out to pour out their heart to one of the women caught. The light skinned lady with golden color braids matching well with her skin tone, and a well built body suiting all the matrixes of beauty in the eyes of a beholder with optimum taste function, warmed the hearts of netizens who went on to declare their willingness to do anything within their means to get her scot-free.
"One can become a Kenyan citizen by marriage.. I think I can help," one of the comments read.
