The Orange Democratic Movement is one of the political parties in the Republic of Kenya with the greatest supporters and adherents. The ODM was established at the 2005 referendum.
The ODM is Kenya's second-largest political party after the United Democratic Alliance, which is led by President Dr. William Samoei Arap Ruto. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, the former second prime minister of the Republic of Kenya, is the head of the Orange Democratic Movement.
However, since President William Samoei Arap Ruto narrowly defeated Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga in the recently concluded, hotly contested 2022 general elections, there have been disagreements and divisions within the ODM party.
Hon Opiyo Wandayi, a representative for the Ugunja Constituency in parliament, just broke the "silence" message to all ODM members if they did not do this.
Wandayi reveals that Raila Odinga should be respected as the ODM party leader.
