
The M23 rebels in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have taken excellent action to make sure they follow the agreements made in the discussions talks to restore peace in the country. The M23 rebels, who are alleged to have illegally captured some districts of the DRC, have reportedly revised their story.
The former president Uhuru Kenyatta, one of the peace envoys in the Eastern community, has finally met with the M23 rebels. The M23 rebels have consented to leave the territories they had taken over and relocate. The Democratic Republic of the Congo has struggled to maintain order, and Kenya has done a lot to keep the country peaceful.
Many people have praised former president Uhuru Kenyatta and his team for the excellent work they did in responding favorably to the M23 rebels' decision to hand over the regions they had been occupying.
