He was there to launch more than 5,000 housing units to confirm the government's strategic focus on expanding access to quality, spacious, clean, safe and secure dwelling places at affordable cost in our country.
In the meeting president was accompanied by Lands and housing CS Zakariah Njeru, Wavinya ndeti who is current Governor of machakos, also machakos senator Agnes Kavindu and the constituency member of parliament Patrick Makau among other leaders.
The president is working to fulfill his manifesto he promised Kenyans during his campaign trail asking to be elected. Among his manifesto was affordable housing to all Kenyans.
