Samburu Governor Jonathan Lati has now alleged what they were told not to do during elections as he asks the second in command Rigathi Gachagua for forgiveness for not giving them good votes. This comes after Hon Rigathi asked them why they gave Azimio more votes than Kenya Kwanza.
According to the video clip seen by the writer online, the vocal governor said that he has stopped giving out excuses on why the Samburu people didn't give Kenya Kwanza administration good votes, he said that they received threats and most especially the public service people who received threats from the alleged government at that time that they shouldn't support any other person except Raila.
He also revealed that they people of Samburu were told there was no way the first in command William Ruto could win the elections and even if they won they would not be handed power to thus this created fear among the voters, however he has told the second in command that he's very sorry it happened and 2027 they will vote them in.
