"We Can't Say UDA Can't Work With ODM, It's Not Possible" UDA Chairman Muthama Confuses Kenyans

United Democratic Alliance party (UDA) national chairman Johnson Muthama has confused many Kenyans online after he made a twisted message about the probability of his party working with Raila Odinga's Orange Democratic Movement party. According to Muthama, the possibility of UDA and ODM working together is something that can't be talked about because it's not possible.

"We can't say UDA can't work with ODM. Between Raila Odinga and William Ruto, who is willing to let go of the presidential seat in 2022? It is not possible," hon Muthama stated.

The Kenyan political arena has however been one in which there are no permanent enemies or permanent friends. Defections and joining rival parties has been a major characteristic of Kenyan politicians and political parties.

However, according to Muthama, that is not practical with Raila and Ruto since all of them are keen with presidency in 2022 and is almost a do or die affair for both.

Kenyans have since remained confused with Muthama's sentiments with some asking what he meant. "What is he saying," a Kenyan asked online.
