In my opinion no one has been able to prove that the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto do transport his supporters from one county to one county.
It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming months if Raila Odinga will beat deputy president William Ruto in the August 9 presidential elections or not.
