The drama incident involving the UDA nominated senator Karen Nyamu has elicited mixed reactions in the country. Fellow politicians of Nyamu have come out to criticize her for behaving like she did in Dubai yet she is supposed to be a role model to the people she is representing.
Kileleshwa ward MCA Robert Alai is one of those that have not been pleased by Nyamu's behavior in Dubai. Taking to his twitter page on Saturday Alai wondered if she had been nominated to provide such kind of entertainment or serve the people. He even went ahead to advice the president to recall her nomination as a UDA senator.
"So she was nominated because she can provide such forms of entertainment or what?" Alai wondered.
The drama happened during a Mugithi night in Dubai where her husband Samidoh was performing. The senator could be seen going to where Samidoh was enjoying his drinks and tried to sit in his laps. His other wife Nderitu could not let it happen as she confronted her and the security had to chip in. Nyamu later on said she had acted like such because of the alcohol she had taken.
