Kenyans have been told what William Samoei Ruto is trying to do through closed doors. Former united democratic vice chair Kipruto Ruto said to that William Ruto's administration is trying to introduce building bridges initiative through the back door.
Building bridges initiative which was pioneered by former president Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga was meant to amend the constitution and create more leadership positions in the government. William Ruto and his team stood strongly against the initiative, claiming it was not for the benefit of Kenyans.
However according to Kipruto Kirwa, William Ruto has created a position of prime cabinet secretary which he awarded ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi. This position is not in the constitution yet William Ruto created it once he ascended to power.
"William Ruto administration is trying to introduce BBI through back door. They have created the position of prime minister and they are saying ministers should go to parliament to be questioned." Kipruto said.
