"Ruto Must Know The Truth" Cracks Emerge in UDA as Cate Waruguru Speaks of Infighting Over CS Posts

The Kenya Kwanza Alliance appears to be more calm and well organized compared to their rivals, Azimio la Umoja coalition. The Ruto-led alliance is currently laying down strategies of running government before the president names his cabinet.

However, things seem to have started going south after scramble for the cabinet positions took a new twist. Former Laikipia woman representative, Catherine Waruguru, has revealed that some senior UDA politicians have been fighting her after demanding for a Cabinet Secretary post.

Speaking in Nanyuki Town, Waruguru said that she will not sit back and watch Laikipia being sidelined by the government which they voted for.

"Some people are after me because I demanded a cabinet position from Laikipia. I don't care what people will say but Ruto must know the truth. He promised 50% of his cabinet will be women and we are looking forward to that," alluded the politician.

"Other regions have been given their share, why is it a problem when I speak? Nyeri have been getting ministers in every government, why should Laikipia remain a marginalized county within Mt Kenya region? I must speak out. Ata mkisema niko na kiherehere I don't care," added Cate.

The flamboyant politician stated that other Mt Kenya counties are also preparing to benefit with cabinet positions but she is the only one getting castigated.
