Elections is a process whereby a unit of individuals choose their leaders through democratic voting based on their manifestos. In Kenya, general election is normally conducted after 5 years and all citizens are required to be registered voters.
The process is normally conducted by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).For one to vote,he or she must have national identification card and voters card.
The race for 2022 is on and the likes of deputy president, ODM party leader, Jimmy and Hon.Musalia have showed their interests and expect more .All these aspirants has their strong holds in different parts across the country.
This will lead to stiff competition during tallying process because of their good agendas related to economic, political and social development of the country as well as convincing powers.
In my opinion, citizens should thereby choose their leaders based on their manifestos not tribe or personal interest in order to make our beloved Kenya a better nation.
It is the joy of every country to be the best in terms of infrastructure, social amenities, security and sports.
