Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's aide has alleged that Deputy President William Ruto is planning to loot from poor Kenyans revealing the strategy deployed by the Tangatanga faction to play the deal.
According to former Orange Democratic Movement Communications Director, Seth Odongo alias Disembe Dikembe has issued contentious remarks purporting that DP has no good plans for Kenyans but a ploy to rob them once he succeeds to the presidency.
Seth Odongo has warned Kenyans not to be deceived and that the Bottom-up economic strategy is a plan being used to loot from the bottom up to the top.
"Bottom-up is also a joke-on-the-poor campaign strategy of rising to power on the backs of the poorest, the majority who were left behind because of the corruption, plunder, wrong priorities, economic isolation & land dispossession among other ills committed by the very people," Former ODM Communications Director Seth Odongo has said.
"Bottom-up is a Tangatanga strategy to loot from the bottom up to the top," added Mr. Odongo.
Lawyer Silas Jakakimba and a close ally to Raila Odinga has been quoted alleging that the Bottom Up economic approach "is a strategy to loot from Mama Mboga upwards."
