The Azimio team seems to grow strong each day despite the ODM leader Rt. Hon Raila Odinga failing to clinch power in the 9th August General Election.
Despite division being witnessed among the members, the top leaders have stood together in happy and sad moments as they heal from the big shock having banked hopes in forming the next government and succeeding former Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta.
As the Nark Kenya Party leader SC Martha Karua turned a year older, the Azimio bigwigs led by the Presidential candidate Raila Odinga and Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka graced the occasion to celebrate with her. Raila's Mama Ida Odinga and the Azimio spokesperson Prof Makau Mutua among other leaders were also present. This is a clear indication that the camp is still strong and might provide the best oversight to Ruto's administration.
As Kenyans were looking at the photos of the party, some were keen to notice that there were bottles and wine glasses on the table and tea cups for the teetotalers.
According to some of the online influencers, the alcohol brand spotted on the table for celebration was Martel. This party has sparked mixed reactions from Kenyans. Here are some comments from Kenyans below:
