Kakamega deputy Governor HE Ayub Savula has said that president William Ruto needs to take his cabinet on induction seminars before allowing them to attend interviews in public functions.
According to him CS Alice Wahome and Mithika Linturi are really struggling to express themselves on citizen tv.
"Madam CS Alice Wahome and her colleague Mithika Linturi struggling on Citizen TV, looking confused and lost". He said.

"President Ruto needs to take his cabinet on induction seminars at least grasp their respective ministries' functions before they be allowed TV and public functions". He added.
