At one point, Raila Odinga met agitated crowds allegedly allied to DP Ruto linked UDA party. Who began heckling him, shouting and chanting UDA party-related slogans and DP Ruto's name. Causing the stopover to turn ugly and chaotic.
This forced Raila Odinga and leaders allied to him to cleverly respond. They reacted by driving off the area. As the crowd continued to shout.
