Grace Sarapay Wakhungu, the mother of former Environment Cabinet Secretary and current Kenya's ambassador to France Professor Judy Wakhungu who was battling a Kshs 297 million graft case will now be forced to serve her 69-year jail term following today's court ruling.
Madam Grace Wakhungu together with the current Sirisia MP John Waluke were reportedly paid the aforesaid amount of money to deliver maize by the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) without delivering the maize. Earlier today, the Court upheld their jail terms and will now serve sixty nine years in jail or pay Kshs 1 billion.
A video has now emerged on social media showing how Mrs Grace is being escorted to prison to serve her jail term. She can be seen stumbling in the middle of tens of journalists who wanted her to speak something about the Court's judgement but she refused.

Kenyans on social media have now fired wild reactions over the same as most are seen affirming the Court's ruling. They have acknowledged the fact that even the rich are equally sentenced for such cases.
