Today in the evening, the Independent Electoral And Boundaries Commision, IEBC under the leadership of hon Wafula Chebukati started announcing the presidential results from all the 290 constituencies. Now, some few minutes ago, photos of Dp Ruto relaxing with is ally as they wait for Chebukati's final announcement emerged.
As seen from hon Hassan Omar's official twitter page, the two leaders could be seen enjoying a conversation. According to hon Hassan Omar, they were discussing the strategy of winning the Mombasa gubernatorial seat. Hon Omar announced that he is very confident that Dp Ruto was going to win the presidential seat today.
"Briefied the President-elect @WilliamsRuto in shaa Allah on our winning strategy for Mombasa. By God's grace, the people of Mombasa will vote for Real Change (Mageuzi Halisi) on August 23rd to finish what they started on August 9th." Said Hassan Omar who is also the former senator of Mombasa county.
