President Uhuru Kenyatta, has been told that it is high time for him to to make changes in the State Law Office and sack the Attorney General Kihara Kariuki, for failing to provide appropriate advises as required by the constitution of the land following a series of null and void court declarations on the President's appointments and projects.
In his latest message on Twitter, City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir said that it is now time for President Uhuru Kenyatta to make changes in the State Law Office, by removing the Attorney General Kihara Kariuki who is the chief legal advisor to the president since he is the one who has failed to provide appropriate advises to the Head of State. Since it is more than enough for the court to continue declaring the President's agendas as null and void and unconstitutional.
"Time is nigh when President Uhuru Kenyatta makes changes in the State Law Office. Surely, when all your decisions are declared null and void by the High Court, it's time to make fresh appointments. Office of Attorney General has betrayed the President with nearly 100% failure." He said. This comes after the High Court declared the Huduma Number Card process as null and void today because it is unconstitutional by exposing the private information of Kenyans.
