Reports of the demise of former member of parliament surfaced online leading to a sombre mood.
The late William Chepkut was a former member of parliament for Anakboi constituency in Uasin Gishu county. The sad news of his death was first shared by popular UDA blogger Malema on his Facebook page. He revealed that the family confirmed Chepkut's demise news.
On October 13th 2021, Kapseret Mp Oscar sudi together with other politician visited William Chepkut at the hospital, where he was receiving treatment. The cause of his death is not yet revealed to the public. Chepkut made headlines months ago when he appeared on wedding ceremony wearing slippers.
