The controversial legislator has slam Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua over his visits to Nandi County recently.
"Am telling you the facts Rigathi Gachagua and Governor Stephen Sang are hatching plans on how to robe Nandi County government the MP the Mathira MP came Nandi and spent three days the legislator is broke and he after the government freezes his account "said Alfred Keter.
Mr Gachakua had gone to Nandi to represent DP William Ruto in church function but Mr Keter statements is likely to spark reactions.
Mr Gachakua is a close ally of DP William Ruto and its alleged that has been falsely accused on corruption case due to his allegiance to tangatanga
Mr Keter further added Gachagua is a corrupt and his source of wealth cannot be traced.
However the controversial MP further noted that the Nandi governor Stephen Sang has paralysed various business activities in Nandi County due to high rate of corruptions.
According his statement the ECDE projects collapse after building materials for classroom where taken by known individuals but no actions were taken.
