The government of the United States of America has issued a warning to Kenya, a highly regarded nation located in East Africa, to refrain from making purchases of goods and items that are forged.

The United States government has alerted the Kenyan government to the danger that is inherent in the purchase and subsequent consumption of counterfeit goods and products, articulating that these products predispose consumers to life-threatening risks to their health and safety. Specifically, the counterfeit goods put consumers in danger of contracting infectious diseases.
