"You Shouldn't Have Gone to The UK High Commissioner’s Residence, " Raila Told by an Azimio Ally

Kileleshwa Member of the County Assembly Hon. Robert Alai has spurred mixed reactions after taking to the public to blast the Former Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance Presidential aspirant Raila Odinga. Alai, on Raila's visit to the United Kingdom High Commissioner's residence, said it was not urgent or necessary.

According to Alai, Raila couldn't have wasted his time visiting the UK High Commissioner Jane Marriott. Alai, responded a day after Raila, in company of the Former Kakamega County Governor Wycliffe Oparanya and Suna East Member of Parliament Hon. Junet Mohammed and other allies.

"Baba @RailaOdinga shouldn’t have gone to the UK High Commissioner’s residence," said Alai.

On her end, UK High Commissioner Jane, took to the limelight yesterday, to share what they talked about with Raila, and allies. She alleged that they entirely talked about the importance and effectiveness of the Opposition in Kenya and United Kingdom development programme in country.

She expressed her gratitude having hosted Raila, saying, Raila has played a vital and important role in fighting for and deepening the democracy of Kenya, and a leader who has led exemplary performance in the world of politics.

"Pleasure as always to meet @RailaOdinga a historic leader who has played a vital role in deepening Kenyan democracy. Discussed the importance of effective opposition in Kenya and United Kingdom development programmes in country," she said.

However, the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance ally, Alai, says it was wrong for Raila to grace the High Commissioner’s residence without revealing the exact reason why he was against Raila's visit to the aforementioned place.

On their end, Netizens blasted Raila and his allies for what they termed lacked "option" and the only way for them to remain relevant to the public is to associate themselves with such visits.
