His address actually comes in the amid of Covid-19 upsurge cases.according to reports from the ministry of health, the country is currently under high cases of Covid-19 with a very discouraging positivity rate.
Kenyas should be flexible enough in order to adapt any changes that the president will put in place. The head of the nation might implement more and tough measures in order to curb the spread of this deadly pandemic Covid-19.
